Eight Weeks Stress Management Program - (For Individuals)
This personalized 8-week program is designed to help individuals achieve lasting well-being by managing stress, overcoming sadness, and alleviating fears. Through focused, one-on-one sessions, we provide tailored strategies that not only address immediate stressors but also promote long-term emotional resilience.
Each 30-minute session is available both onsite and online, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. During the program, you’ll gain tools to improve your focus, sharpen concentration, and enhance your emotional well-being. By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll experience greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and the ability to handle life’s challenges with confidence and calm.

Wellbeing "Recharge" Workshop
RECHARGE is a dynamic workshop series focused on global wellness, lasting 4 to 6 hours. Offered in various countries, including the USA, Portugal, the UK, Brazil, and Canada, this transformative experience equips participants with tools to enhance mental clarity and emotional well-being.
The RECHARGE series offers impactful sessions such as “Imprinting Emotions,” where techniques for pain and stress management and strategies for improving work relationships are applied. Each session is designed to address individuals’ unique challenges in their daily lives, providing actionable insights to help manage stress, strengthen emotional resilience, and promote healthier relationships.
The main goal of this workshop is to empower positive thinking, release negative emotions, and restore mental and physical balance through a holistic approach. By increasing self-awareness, participants are guided toward achieving better life balance, equipping them with techniques for sustained well-being and long-term personal growth.
Show You Care – Customer Service Training
Our Show You Care program utilizes the TBP (The Body Paths) technique to develop self-awareness and emotional intelligence in the workplace focused on enhancing customer care. This unique training incorporates psychomotor and body-mind exercises, helping participants connect with their emotions and behaviors to deliver more empathetic, mindful, and effective customer service.
We tailor this interactive program for groups of 5-20 people, providing a customized experience based on your team’s needs. Available both onsite and offsite, this training empowers employees to build stronger, more authentic connections with clients, resulting in improved communication, enhanced customer satisfaction, and a more harmonious work environment.
